Drawing on his book, “Seven Ways to Build Resilience,” Dr. Chris Johnstone will cover simple yet effective strategies to build resilience, which is the ability to withstand, deal with, and/or recover from difficult situations. Dr Johnstone’s 30+ years’ experience in medicine and psychology includes working on a specialist mental health team with the NHS.
